Deliveries
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days. If paying by cheque, cheque must be cleared before goods are sent. Please note - Currently, our website can only accept orders for delivery to UK Mainland addresses, without prior arrangement. If you wish to order from overseas please e-mail us. We do not recommend sending credit card details via standard e-mail.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns on products without prior approval. We also cannot accept returns on candles due to the nature of the product and due to the fact that they are custom made for each order.
